Blocker Boulders

Blocker Boulders is a family-owned indoor bouldering gym in Jacksonville where climbers scale walls about 10 to 15 feet high using only padded mats instead of ropes or harnesses. Routes are set for every skill level, so first-time climbers and kids can try simple problems while more experienced climbers tackle harder ones, with staff giving newcomers a quick orientation. Climbers of all ages are welcome, but children 13 and under must be actively supervised by an adult, and for kids under 7 a parent needs to stay within arm's reach on the wall. Climbing shoes and chalk are available to rent at the front desk, and everyone entering the facility, including parents who just want to watch, must sign a waiver (with a parent or guardian signature required for climbers under 18).
