About this place
Barnyard Friends & Stables is a hands-on petting zoo in Morrilton where kids can walk among free-roaming animals and visit others kept in pens, including goats, sheep, pigs, birds, calves, chickens and a peacock. Visitors check in at the office to pick up feed cups and hear the rules before getting close to the animals. Beyond the petting zoo, families can book pony rides, hayrides, or guided horseback trail rides, with a release form required before anyone mounts a horse. The farm also hosts birthday parties, school field trips, church events, and group outings of ten or more with advance notice, making it a flexible option for a rain-or-shine family day out.
