Free or discounted entry for members of ROAM, NARM.
A regional arts center and museum in New Castle housed in two historic mansions. One building, a Colonial Revival estate, contains galleries, classrooms and studios where families can see exhibitions and take art classes. The other, a Tudor Revival mansion, is preserved to show life in Lawrence County during the industrial era. The center runs exhibitions, classes, competitions and cultural programs focused on art, history, music and literature. Street parking is available, with accessible spaces near the entrance on Leasure Avenue.

Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
